| Men's short program is over. Koffe's performance was ok, couple mistakes in the jumps but the presentation was one of the best in the competition. The programme is very beautiful! Let's hope he will skate awesome in the LP and moves up a few places. After the SP: 1. Florent Amodio (FRA) 78,11 2. Michal Brezina (CZE) 76,13 3. Artur Gachinski (RUS) 73,76 4. Kevin van der Perren (BEL) 73,61 5. Tomas Verner (CZE) 72,91 6. Samuel Contesti (ITA) 72,78 7. Brian Joubert (FRA) 70,44 8. Kristoffer Berntsson (SWE) 66,62 9. Peter Liebers (GER) 64,53 10. Alban Preaubert (FRA) 63,77 | |

| Thanks for starting this thread. I deleted the one I made earlier after it seemed like no one was reading it. I was disappointed when Kris stumbled on his 3A, and his 3T was UR, but I agree that choreography-wise his SP was one the best of the competition! ♥ Here are the protocols in case anyone wanted to see them: ISU Results Page for the 2011 Euros | |

| Oh no. The LP really didn't go as planed. There were problems both with the jumps and the spins. It's really a shame because then all the cool details about the choreography kinda blended in. Michael Jackson theme seemed to be popular this season. Didn't Amodio and Verner also had some Michael Jackson thing going on in their long programmes? | |

I was so heartbroken watching Koffe fall apart like that. I don't know what happened out here, but he seemed to lose his focus completely. - vaapukka wrote:

Yes, and Menshov had the same music as well. It's a bit strange that a handful of male skaters decided to pay tribute to the same artist this season. As incredibly sad as I am, though, I still managed to crack up at this observation someone made about Kris: "I've seen my share of crotch grabbing done to Michael Jackson music during competitive programs, but it's usually a brush and a flick. But not Kristoffer BERNTSSON, oh no, when he grabs his crotch, he does it with gusto. He held it, fondled it and kept at it until he was satisfied. That was a level 4 crotch grab." LMAO!!! Koffe is nothing if not 110% committed to his choreography.

| The mistakes in Kristoffer's free skate were painful to watch , but the Swiss fangirls really enjoyed it and were screaming their heads off. I interacted with a few other Koffeholics on GoldenSkate during the Euros live stream, and I thought it was funny that we ended up joking about how attractive Kris was as a way to cope with the profound heartache we were experiencing at that moment. You have to admit that the facial expression he made during his opening pose was VERY sexy! There were comments like, "I'll marry him!", "I want to be his wifey!", and "Oh, I'm not asking him to put a ring on it; a roll in the hay (or the sheets) would be just fine!" ROTFL!!! Oh Koffe, why must you be such a hot mess all of the time??? Why can't you simply be hot when you skate?

Maybe he heard your comments and lost focus during his skate.
